Lomi Lomi
$50 per hour
Lomi Lomi is a style of Hawaiin massage that incorporates long flowing strokes, passive stretches and energetic clearing to facilitate healing and balance. I use a blend of coconut oil to enhance the experience leaving you feeling open and calm.
Reiki
$80 per hour
Reiki is a form of energetic healing. It is a gentle, hands on healing that works to align your own energetic systems bringing harmony and balance. The therapist is a conduit for ki or life force and through gentle hands on healing she works to clear and balance your energy. Reiki helps to ease pain, and helps the body to heal itself physically, spiritually and emotionally. This type of bodywork is great for clients who have conditions that are contraindicated for massage.
I am attuned as a reiki master in Usui white light reiki. This allows me to help your body acheive balance, haromony and healing through energetic manipulations. I have also taken classes in pranic healing which helps to clear any unwanted energy out of your energetic field. Reiki at this level can be done in person or at any distance. So please call me with any questions or to set up an appointment. Even if you are far away geographically I can be of service to you and help you in your healing!
I am also available for classes and attunements.
Swedish Massage
$50 per hour

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Thai Massage
$120 per hour
Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It's also called Thai Yoga massage, because I use my hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. My clients say Thai massage is like doing yoga without doing any of the work. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed during the session. A single Thai massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and home.
Pregnancy Massage
$60 per hour
Pregnancy Massage is a form of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time in which a woman’s body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical, mental, and emotional changes. Using various techniques specifically for the new mother, Pregnancy Massage helps alleviate discomforts experienced throughout the pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the reduction of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, improved breathing and relaxation, and relief from uncomfortable digestive issues.
raindrop
$80 per hour
An essential oil massage technique based on Lakota Native Healing, Raindrop Therapy is the application of powerful antibacterial, antiviral oils along the spine. This treatment has incredible detoxifying powers, helps to balance your chakras, and these effects continue to work in your body for 7 days.
When it comes to treating back pain - as well as knee pain, tight shoulders, and digestive system discomfort - it can be hard to find something that will bring the body's systems into alignment. One aid to solving these problems and more is a relatively new therapy called Raindrop Treatment, using essential oils that have been clinically tested to have antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. Raindrop has also helped bring relief to chronic pain sufferers.
Raindrop Technique
Raindrop was developed by D. Gary Young, founder of Young Living Essential Oils, based on techniques taught to him by a Lakota medicine man named Wallace Black Elk. In Lakota Native American healing practices, healers sweep a feather upwards along the spine in imitation of the Northern Lights, which are revered for their healing energy.
Stone Therapy
$75 per hour
Stone Therapy is a type of bodywork that uses deep penetrating heat and/or alternating cold from specialized stones. The physiological benefits of alternating hot and cold to the body have long been scientifically and medically proven.
Stone Therapy delivers a profound expansion and contraction inside your circulatory system, improving the function of your lymphatic and immune systems, and enhancing your body’s self-healing mechanisms. This style of bodywork takes you into deep states of relaxation, releasing stress and anxiety, detoxifying the body, and balancing your nervous system.
Myofascial Release
$50 per hour
Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Direct myofascial release is sometimes known as deep tissue work. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.
