about me

My goal is to help people find balance, happiness and peace in their lives. To help them develop a good relationship with their bodies and the inner peace that can always be found once you quiet the mind, let go, and heal the body.  Yoga and Massage have given me a window into this peace and I hope to share it with you.  

I offer services to most of central New Jersey including ,Brielle, Point Pleasant, Deal, Allenhurst, Long Branch, Elberon, Shrewsbury, Fair Haven, Rumson, Colts Neck, Freehold and the surrounding areas. 

I am graduate of Institute for Therapeutic massage and have studied many modalities.  I tailor each massage to each client's needs to help them achieve their goals.  I have also studied yoga extensively and finish my advanced teaching certification in February of 2011.  I offer private or group yoga classes, also tailored to the needs of each student.  Yoga is a very personal path to health and peace of mind, I will help you get there on your terms, with love and non-judgement.
