Invite your friends over for the gift of health and relaxation.  We offer yoga parties for private homes or buisnesses.  For any age!  We will provide the mats. music, insence if you like and instruction for a fun way to get together and share time with your freinds.  We will tailor the class to any level or age group, we can offer strong physical based asana classes to relaxing restorative classes. And afterwards a long Yoga nidra, a relaxing guided meditation.  If you so choose we can also offer chair massages for your guests, or half hour masages on a table. 

We also can do aromatherapy parties where we show you and your guests how to make their own aromatherapy gifts for their freinds.  Provide your freinds some of the knowledge of these healing oils, while having fun making their own mixes.  We will provide the bases for the mixtures and oils, we will also have catalogs on hand to purchase more oils if people choose.

Both of these parties can be tailored for home or  corporate settings, help  your freinds and staff relax and move into this stressful season with a clear thinking and relaxed mind.
