imageHi and  thank you for visiting my site.  I am a fellow yoga addict that has turned this love into my offering.

I have been doing yoga since I was about 19-at the time I was working as an enamel artist, living in the virgin islands....one day we took our art to a show at Tillet Square and Rasta Yogi was there doing a wonderful demonstration and informational session about yoga...Wow!  I was hooked at that moment! I began reading everything I could get my hands on about yoga, and doing it at home, greeting the day with it, feeling the connection, and feeling the strength and balance in my body grow each day...I was truly amazed how strong, how focused I was feeling...bliss

I returned to the states, I continued to practice, at home-years went by, children grew...I sought a class, and was blessed to find a wonderful teacher around the corner!  I will always remember that class, the adjustments she made with my body, deepening not only my asanas, but my relationship to yoga, and to the ideals it held...the grace!

I have since studied with so many great teachers, I took my first teacher training with Brahma yoga, then on to an advanced yoga certification with One Yoga Center in East Windsor....peppered in were workshops, trainings, wonderful classes with some fantastic teachers that all brought their love of yoga, their personal spices....and I am so thankful for everyone I have ever met on this path.

My wish is to bring this love of yoga, this feeling of balance, connetion, and love to you, to help foster the connection of body and soul....to sit with you, while we find that peace that is already in ourselves....waiting to be discovered.

Part of my practice is also to be a massage therapist and reiki master, these go hand in hand in my heart, and mind, as ways to help acheive balance, peace, connection and release things we are holding on to....

thank you again for visiting this site....reading my writing, take a moment and see what is offered, there are some interesting articles, and make an appointment for some fun!

be well, be peaceful
